How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

• A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Custom designed items cannot be returned unless it is due a manufacturer defect.

Shipping Information

Shipping Policy Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless you have been informed otherwise.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The most cost effective and timely shipping delivery method will be utilized unless we are instructed otherwise.
